Hi Guys,

I'm looking for advice on setting up a virtual/web based point of sale, when I search the marketplace I only see integrations, nothing standalone.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hello there,

There are two ways to have POS. In the first option, you can have Web POS System for Opencart that will run on a web browser that will connect with your Opencart web store to synchronize products, orders, customers, and other sales information between Web POS and Web Store. Like this - https://store.webkul.com/Opencart-Point ... ystem.html

In the second option, you can have a Standalone POS System, like Mobikul POS (https://store.webkul.com/Mobikul-POS.html). This is a FREE solution by Webkul, enabling retailers to set up simple to use Point of Sale System for their physical stores. All you need is an Android device to run this Mobikul POS System. In the standalone POS System, you don't need to connect or integrate with your online store, it works on its own.

Although Mobikul POS System comes with a huge list of standard features, further you can also customize it as per your business need, contact - (sales@webkul.com)

Hope this helps!

Thanks,
Rohit.
