I have a question about product review.
I use Opencart3/ Journal3 theme and set only customers can review.
I found that the commenter's name can be changed at will.
How to make the commenter's name unchangeable?

Journal is a commercial product therefore you may be better off reaching out to Journal support, search the marketplace for compatible extension or if nothing exists consider posting a commercial request.

Are you asking how to disable the input field for customers name when they write a review?
Add disabled to the end of the input field on the product page reviews section.
Since there is no OC version posted there is no code posted, but google will assist you.
