Has Reward Points Been Removed?

Title, my web developer has told me OpenCart has removed Rewards Point system, and that we can no longer use it.

Is this true, or have they broken it?

You should look for a better web developer who knows OpenCart!

Well if you haven't updated OpenCart how would anything have changed?
