This annoying issue just started this week using Microsoft Edge. Every time we print dispatch note / shipping list we're getting a blank sheet at the end.

Any ideas anyone please?

Yes ...

Okay joking has gone, simply check your error files (OpenCart and server as well), because a blank sheet indicates that somewhere you have an php-error.
Could it be that you have changed the php-version?

Also not the worst idea to post your environement!
E.g. versions of:
* OpenCart
* php
* installed additional modules
* used template

Using OC 3.0.3.6
PHP 7.4

This seems to have started after a Microsoft edge update.

We don't really want to switch browser at just due to how our courier booking systems are setup, easier to have one browser open.

No errors in the store log.

Yes its fine with say Firefox, but problem is we can't use a courier booking system with Firefox. We'd prefer only have one broswer open.

What do you mean by "getting a blank sheet at the end"? Extra empty page going through the printer?

And why do use software which only works in MS Edge? Open standards are there for a reason, so as not to be tied into a vendor's proprietary systems.

Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig

It's not an obvious one here, I'd give the OP the credit on this topic.

This is the sort of thing you'll probably need to pay a developer to fix.
