Dear Official,
We use Open Card 3.1.8 version. We want to move our web site to a new hosting server. We have some data so we don't want to lose it. How can we do?

First, OpenCart 3.1.8 does not exist .. must be something else or another version number.
Second, simply make backups of:
1. database > only via the database tool itself (e.g. phpMyadmin) !! DO NOT USE THE INTERNAL BACKUP method!
2. make a backup of all files of your shop

Then:
3. copy all files to the new server
4. import the former saved database backup (here again with phpMyAdmin)
5. adopt the 2 config.php (folder root and /admin) - folders and database details

Now basically you have done all - it should work.

Some hosts will do a migration for you. Ask your new one if that's a service they offer. If not you can export your live database, zip a copy of your OC installation and manually move to your new host.

I have two languages English and Turkish. English web site is running but Turkish is not. When I unchecked mysqlnd in PHP Selector page, Turkish web site starts to work but stil some links not working. I attached sample image file link.jpq Turkish not working, working_English.jpg is working.
And I attached two files: Home_Turkish.jpg is not working properly but the other Home_English.jpg is working perfect.

Once you have checked for the correctness of your config.php, admin/config.php, and .htaccess files, you will have reached a stage where you may have to contact the Journal3 support because you are the using the Journal3 framework, which makes your site mostly non-Opencart in terms of the number of PHP files.
