Hello,
I found a small bug in voucher purchase. Email sent to user looks bad, it replaces tables.
It has an empty table. Cantitate(Quantity) should be 1, etc. Is there a fix to this?
Please check screenshots:
Email sent after purchase: https://prnt.sc/MlhgDMuB2S_T

OC Version ? Theme ? PHP Version ?

Sure yout don't have a ocmod extension who make changes in voucher files...?
Also try with Default theme to see if is a bug or not

You are using the Journal3 framework, your site is therefore not a proper OpenCart. Journal3 uses its own checkout (which BTW has known bugs). You have to contact the Journal3 support for this.
Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig
I do have a module that changes vouchers but only on front-end. I have this problem on admin view order also.
I disabled it, purchased a voucher and the problem persists. Journal does’t have anything to do with this because like I said the problem is also in admin.
Could be something to do with the translation. Switch your site to the default en-gb language to test.
