This extension is vQmod enabled. So no changes to defualt/core files.
Copy and paste the contents of upload folder in the downloaded directory to the root of your site.

This extension adds "Quick buy" button on category landing page and on PDP (product detail page) page.
On clicking the "Quick buy" button, product will be added to cart and customer will be redirected to checkout page.
